All HAG tickets are sold on a “best available” basis.

No purchase will be complete and no money will be debited without tickets being assigned to your order.

On-line sales are processed alongside our regular orders and we will endeavor to provide you with the tickets that you requested. If we are unable to do so we will contact you to offer you alternative performance dates or to cancel the order without charge.

All HAG performances have designated seating and all tickets once issued are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Tickets will be sent by first class post unless within three working days of the show date when they will be available for collection on the door.
